That's the name of this Matrix pansy I'm growing. Processed with soft focus for an experiment and because I like the translucent effect it gave the petals. I value your opinions on the editing.
I already wrote one critique of your posting, but I hit the wrong button and clicked off the computer. If it happens again, you're on your own.
I was wondering why, with all of the insane contests that they've had, that there has never been one for borders. You would win in a heartbeat.
I do have a couple of comments about the photo though. My personal preference tells me that you're cropping your flowers awfully tight these days. To my knowledge, Caedes is not charging by the square inch; so why are you so close on the top and bottom. I think I made a similar comment last week. So you either think I'm full of beans, which I am by the way, or you're an aged former government employee who has almost as many learning disabilities as me.
The colors are glorious, but I''m forced to agree (for the first time in recent memory) with that butt face Wendell that the primary flower is not as perfectly focused as your usual postings. From personal experience, I might suggest that you use milk in your Cheerios rather than vodka.
I like the soft focus on this gorgeously coloured pansy. The colours are very vibrant and a sharp fucus could make it look rather brash. I have never seen this particular colour combination - but I will be on the lookout for it :)
My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
