That is the name of the restaurant I was seated in when I took this shot. The restaurant is built on stilts out over the water in the lagoon. It's part of the Hyatt Hotel in Kauai. Water flows under you and all around while you dine with the open air breezes coming in and koi swimming around. I thought this might be a nice break from winter as we have more snow coming today and bitter cold next week.

I wish I could go to Hawaii when a cold front was moving in Kathy. I guess I can vicariously while looking at this beauty.
