Verena's daughter requested we post images in her honor today - blue of course being her favorite. So these larkspur - July's flower - are for her. She was always there with a kind word and I miss her and her beautiful posts but they live on in my files and appear on my DT through out the year.

Kathy I just commented on Ticks tribute for our late friend Verena Raye Blooz.
Think I can partly repeat it here: like it was yesterday, so good I can remember that, four years ago now, we got the terrible and almost unbelievable news that Verena Blooz had passed away. Verena wasn't only an excellent photographer but helpful to everyone as well to improve their photographic skills. On this site she is missed dearly. Therefore I appreciate your tribute to her very much, because it's very helpful to keep our fond memories to her alive.

Thanks for this very appropriate posting my friend! She would have loved it.

Today, starting early morning I kept falling into charming, delicate blue flowers and even put one on my DT. Then I realised that it is today - our blue day for Verena and her lovable memory. Lovely tribute, Kathy dear.
