They are leaving Chicago for warmer L.A. and plan to arrive there in about 234 years. Nice close-up of the turtles on the march (at least that is what it looks) Kathy.
Kathy, I can't agree with my friend Raj's comment above about the duration of their journey (LOL!!!!!) as these are sophisticated turtles. They are leaving for LA by plane (business class of course). Their check-in was the only that was time consuming because their luggage was still underway.
Very fine and to a certain extent funny image. Btw: I've still a grin on my face!

Smile, without a reason why. Love, as if you were a child, Smile, no matter what they tell you Don't listen to a word they say Cause life is beautiful that way. (From the film "Life Is Beautiful")
I've driven through LA. I lived in Orange County (Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm) right after I left Illinois. The 12 lane freeways down there move slower than your turtle parking lot.
It could be this migraine, but it looks the DOF is slightly off as the near leaves seem more sharply focused. Then again, I can barely see my hand tonight; so that comment is the equivalent of a shot in the dark.
