This is the way they grow in the tropics - hanging like this. These were from an orchid show I went to last February - I shot from low because they were hanging from the tree pretty high. I'm a day late but this is Fx2 for this week.

Those orchids are simply lovely Kathy - I love the color and the pattern in the petals and the striped stems - great lighting as well - a wonderful post for Foofy Friday!!!!!!!!
