The 'Rudbeckia hirta', aka Black-eyed Susan flowers are very popular, Kathy. Think therefore it has other common names like Brown Betty, Gloriosa daisy, Golden Jerusalem, English bull's eye, Poor-land daisy, Yellow daisy, and Yellow ox-eye daisy (source: Wiki).
