Euonymus alatus compacta - a very popular shrub in my area - they turn various shades of red or orange in the fall. Although the Chicago Botanic Garden considers them invasive and does not recommend them.

We have many burning bushes in our area - this time of the year they provide glowing red colors to the landscape - Great Capture Kathy!!!
