Also known as Euphorbia Milii - I usually see them in red but this color combo was more unusual with bigger flowers not that they are huge - only about 1-1 1/2" across.
Kathy, in my country this plant is given the nickname Christusdoorn which stands for 'the Thorns of Christ'. Somewhat amazing however because we have given a shrub with the same nickname Christusdoorn too. I prefer to see the Euphorbia Milii however, because of its color, but I didn't see one with this color before.

What impresses me the most in this photo is the arrangement and your angle on this scene. It really brings out the strong points of these beautiful flowers.
