Also known as a spring cactus - you can see the rounded cactus leaves in the background and how some leaves may have as many as 3 buds. Christmas cactus don't usually have multiple buds on a leaf and the flowers don't look like these little stars. The botanical name id is Rhipsalidopsis. This is my foofy for Friday this week.
