These are in the copse across the street from my apartment. There is a 1 square block area of light woods between my building and the College Of Lake County. The side facing the college is more grassy with some benches scattered about. The side I see is wild - I know these crabtrees were self seeding from seeds carried by breezes many years ago. I took this shot from my balcony facing NE.
