During the winter there are lots of orchids in the greenhouses - this red one caught my eye recently. It's a phalaenopsis orchid commonly known as a butterfly orchid.
Kathy, the wintertime isn't as abundant with flowers as the other seasons. It's as if the orchid senses this and compensates for this lack with beautiful colors and patterns. An additional advantage is the long shelf life. In any case, your visit to one of the greenhouses where orchids are grown has resulted in another beautiful photograph. Thanks for both the done effort and the beautiful capture!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!
