These are primarily greenhouse grown for floral trade but I have, in recent years, seen them planted outdoors. They are not hardy mums that can take lower temps - they prefer it in a range from 60-70 degrees.(Don't we all!)Bursting with vivid autumnal color, Pelee mums are great for indoor fall decorating and range in color from yellow, to red, to orange. These were deep red and yellow. My foofy for this Friday.

Kathy, I agree with you that these bi-colored mums are great for (indoor) decorating purposes. In any case, their splendid colors make them to eye-catchers.
Excellent Foofy Friday (F²) contribution from you again!

If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins! Please CLICK HERE to see my journal! Feel free to save my images or to add them to your favorites.

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
