Originally from the Andes of South America this is seen now mostly at florists as a good winter plant along with cyclamen and azalea. My foofy for this Friday.
Kathy, because of the horizontal position of this Gloxinia flower, it resembles to a certain extent to me a trumpet that sounds that the winter is gone (perhaps wishful thinking from me, 😁) . Anyhow a perfect Foofy Friday (F²) contribution from you again!
If you think you can't accept something, try to change it. But if this doesn't work, don't be frustrated, but give it later another try. The one who perseveres wins!

My thanks to all who leave comments for my work and to those of you who like one enough to make it a favourite. To touch just one person that way makes each image worthwhile. . . . . . . . . .. . . . "The question is not what you look at, but what you see" ~ Marcel Proust
