I have done a couple trials for you to examine. I will be sending them shortly via e-mail. I used a freeware Irfanview and an inexpensive (when on special) Corel Paintshop Pro. In the meantime... try www.Irfanview.ca since it is a freebie!
The Irfanview image was not sharpened whereas the Corel Paintshop Pro X4 image was, pretty well at the same time as the other mods were made... one of the advantages of forking over at least a little money!

I have sent you a third version done with AVS Photo Editor... I was able to adjust colours and sharpness easily with it. This comes from a one-time fee based series of programs including all updates. They have (at least) 2 freeware programs... a media player and a video recorder... and all of their non-freeware programs may be trial tested. My recommendation: If you buy, don't buy just one program... buy 'em all! :o)
