The chaoscope flames are fun. Try this in Photoshop... Copy your flame into a new layer and set the blending mode to lighten. Then rotate or transform the layer a little. You'll get some neat effects that way. Do this a few times and see what new patterns emerge.

this is a fairly typical flame fractal...I like what Nathan suggested. Do something with it, otherwise it's a bit boring. I used to do them too and I know how fascinating it is, but there are billions of them out there to be found...now it's our obligation to make them interesting.
