When I look at this picture, I see people who have traveled thousands of miles to enjoy paradise. Living here in Hawaii, I often take for granted that I have paradise every morning when I open my front door.

Everyone takes their home area for granted, only a few stop to really see the beauty around them. Nice image and composition.

Hello Kalyn ! first of all thanks a lot for stopping by and making 9 replies to my postings. It is realy apriciated that you took all that trouble ! :-)
In your personal page i see you are from Hawaii, and here above you mentioned that you take it for granted :-) Maybe the saying is true, that the grass is always greener at the neighbors :-) I would certanly like to visit the Hawaiian chain, and a lot of people from the states would like to visit old Europe :-) Why is it that you always want to be where you are not hehehe.
Thanks again !

Hans.

What a lovely place. Yes, I can understand why you'd think that way. But to get used to that would be wonderful. I love the shot you took here, but I'd straighten the horizon line out, it's easy to do and would make it all flow better. Verena
