I talk to birds also & they usually respond by flying away. I love the lighting surrounding the goose. Focus is a bit soft ... did you do any cropping at all? I'm enjoying the warm colors brought out by the sunlight. Wonderful capture Doug.

Sorry forgot to mention the soft focus is from a bloom effect I used for the mood of the shot.Yes it is cropped slightly

Why do the pictures come out square when the lens is round??
Doug, I think the bloom effect worked very nicely. I love the lighting and softness to this one. I must be crazy too because I talk to the animals too! Lol! Faved! =^..^= Tigs ♪
