Been waiting for a shot of a Monarch forever it seems. Finally got this just about 6 this evening. Have four or five I will share. Thanks so much for the views and words
That's some kind of macro lens you've got there, Doug. Closer than I could get with my lens and a lot better shot than the one I haven't posted because I was waiting for you to post yours. lol J/K. This is super.
I never see monarchs up here. They must not like being near the lake. I have to go to the Butterfly House in Whitehouse to get shots of them. Beautiful shot with the butterfly and the gorgeous foofy. Top notch work!
Whoa! Such beautiful color and details Doug!!!!! I haven't seen a single butterfly land on anything around here!!! I swear they fly 30 miles an hour!....lol...But I have seen monarchs:)
The reason why the sun sets in the evening is because it wants to see the sunrise in the morning. I rise in the morning because I want to see them both. RvdB
