Some new Maple growth on the tree in my yard.D300 and the sigma 500mm at about 35 ft. Thinking of doing my shots in Raw mode from now on as I've never taken advantage of this.As I understand the pics are much clearer and no JPEG noise. Could I get some tips or feedback on this?? Thank So Much!!

Doug, this is excellent love that detail, and crisp, and clear. I have been using RAW mode for awhile, lots of options for you in editing by using that mode. Heck I thought you were already using it. Tigs♥ =^..^=

You'll get more noise in RAW..Not until you prcess the shots can you control it..White balance here is set to shade I think...It has made for a nicely toned picture...R.
