I will not find any fault with this most beautiful post, but I do want to tell you that I love the depth of field and the clarity and I have to begin to explain to you why this post impresses me by starting in the heavenly, sapphire sky. The gentle gradient from the deep color to the lighter on the horizon line is soft and appealing. The light whisps of clouds add a touch of interest as well. The slope of the hills on the left tend to reinforce this feeling of gentle gradiance as they lead one down to the road while along the way excellent textures are provided by the vegetation and the bold rocks that they surround. This also helps one to sweep across the vista of the river to the bank on the right with its own quiet grasses which stand in front of the bush and up to the tree as the eye is again treated to another alluring gradient, as at last we come to where you are standing by the sun-bleached rocks taking in the expanse of this scene with your lens. I guess I've summed this up as an experience of gradients, and it's been a very pleasant experience. Thank you. :)PJ
