I did a bit of special effects in Paint Shop on these pretty white Roses. I hope this posting can be used as a desktop to someone. Please feel free to comment or critique.

Very nice contrast. I love the effects that you put on it Verena. Roses are beautiful anyway but whatever you did just made them better. Way to go. :)

Just a beautiful image. Bet we will all use it as a desktop. I know I will, such gorgeous roses. The roses look paper thin, that must be from you using your technique in Paint Shop. Also, the background is just right.

The texture looks good on this image, Verena. I really like the dark background, and the frame. I have never seen a frame like that before....that I can remember. Very nice post.
