And the Lord spake, saying, "First shalt thou take out the Holy Pin. Then shalt thou count to three, no more, no less. Three shall be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shall be three. Four shalt thou not count, neither count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number, be reached, then lobbest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch towards thy foe, who, being naughty in my sight, shall snuff it."
If I say I like it does that mean I don't have to rake all them leaves? That is one massive tree, my oaks only need a hundred years to catch up. Great capture and lovely colours.

Spectular Verena, Fabulous fall scene and the colours and like the way the tree is dark againt the oranges. Saved and downloaded, looks magnificent on my screen. thanks
That's what I'm talkin bout!! Autumn beauty at it's best! Love, love this one, Verena!! The colours are magnificent! Deep brown in the massive tree and it's limbs, golden and yellow hues abound, the green remains of that found in the evergreens! I also love the the soft greens seen through the fog in the background! The settee is a special touch! I wish this was my backyard...lol. Faving and saving this gem! Thank you my friend :)
A magnificent beauty here Verena. You have such a wonderful eye for the natural beauty in things. It's a pleasure to be called your friend!! This is so strong and powerful!!
I am trying to find trees like this to photograph as the leaves turn Verena. This one is very impressive, it's HUGE and the golden autumn tones are wonderful.
