This is for biffobear, who has such a love for waterfalls. These double falls are in the Cascade Mountain Range near Portland and Mt Hood.So two is always better then I I think. It makes life and things so much more interesting. There are many Falls throughout the mountains. Some very small and some huge. Sometimes they just flow between tree roots. So here you go, Richie, this photo is for you. Of course I always appreciate all comments. And I hope everyone else enjoys this also

A wonderful capture of this waterfall Verena. Love the thick carpet of moss clinging to the rocks. Very nice job.

It is known that there is an infinite number of worlds, simply because there is an infinite amount of space for them to be in. However, not every one of them is inhabited. Therefore, there must be a finite number of inhabited worlds. Any finite number divided by infinity is as near to nothing as makes no odds, so the average population of all the planets in the universe can be said to be zero. From this it follows that the population of the universe is also zero, and that any people you may meet from time to time are merely the product of a deranged imagination.

Beautiful and strong falls. I find it amazing that those trees can grow inspite of the powerful current of water beating down on them. A lovely photo
