Well done, Matt. You've managed to take what could have been a cliché and made the capture into something better, especially the composition and high horizon. And besides, who can't love Malibu any time of the year!
But words are things, and a small drop of ink, falling, like dew, upon a thought produces that which makes thousands, perhaps millions think and smile.
Art is everywhere, except it has to pass through a creative mind.
Wish I was there! But I will settle for Minnesota, I guess. Hey, the high today is going to be a scorching 15 above zero! I think swimming here is out of the question! Any way, great shot, keep up the good work!
Sometimes these kinds of sunsets look better in thumbnail and then are a big disappoinment when downloaded. So, it was with bated breath that I hit the download button and....thankheavens...it is even better. What a sandy beach. Never seen marks like that going thru the sand. The wetness still present is awesome. Whatever "Noise" remover you used sure did work. This render is as smooth as a babies bottom. Grrrrrrrrrreat capture.
