Great macro shot of this...nice and clear.....

The green on this lil critter is so sharp and in such nice contrast to the browns on the stones..rocks..and the deep shadows that surround it..but I think that if you had taken this at a slightly different angle, and I know they come and go so fast that it's hard to capture them at the best of moments and angles, but if I were asking him to pose, I'd probably haven taken him a little more from the top so that I didn't lose that tail of his, but I can't complain..I've never had a macro of a dragonfly, much less one with so much clarity on the wings. Nice job ..superior take :)PJ

Your depth of field is rather shallow and the dragonfly could be a little brighter. I do like the wings and it is difficult to get good dof when the subject insists on moving.
