great shot. i really like the water on the petals. did you use a ring lite on it the light seems really pretty. it went straight to favorites. i'll tell my wife you felt bad that i didn't send roses so you got one for her. WAIT A MINUTE that's my wife we're talking about. no fooling around, you did a real nice job on this one.

A most sumptuous and beautiful red rose - I like the up-close shot of this and trhe way the water drops twinkle with a 3D effect. Great work.

Slendid color, beautiful blossom, sparkly water droplets, good focus. The angle shows off the petal lines, the rose is very close up, the color fills my screen, the small amount of background is totally non-distracting.

Magnificent dazzling rose. This macro is mesmerizing - I keep looking back at it! Wonderful clarity and details of this bloom. The layers of petals with the water drops is exquisite. The colour RED is scrumptious! Thanks Rob, for a quality image :^*>

interesting shot here, Rob. had the petals all been in clear focus, this would've worked a bit better IMO. perhaps a slightly wider shot might've helped, and would've still given you the the macro you were aiming for..
