taken in wyoming along with my other currents. this was our car we took out, and i particularly liked how it looked partially submerged in the vegetation.
The light balance between the sky and the ground is wrong, if the intention was to show the car. Rather than being the subject of the image the viewer is drawn instead to the sky which is much lighter. The position of the car is also a little too far off to one side. It has in fact, become an imperfection to the ground in a sky scene and not the apparent subject.
I like the skyline, wave like, and the sky has interest although the focus on both is a little soft.
In my view, if the car submerged in the vegetation was to be the subject, you could have got much closer to it, making it more obviously the subject. Never be scared of having a bold subject. You could still have kept the sky and hills as you have now. Obviously the dark vegetation would cause a problem, so aim for a mid exposure then burn the sky from the top and dodge the lower vegetation. A slight dodge on the car then would help highlight it. Focus would be key to this. Perhaps really blur out the horizon so again concentrating the viewers eye onto the car, or go for a hyper focal, with the car and horizon in sharp focus. One or the other, but not half hearted.
