Stunning photo, Vlad. Also a useful piece of information. I've never had the good fortune to capture an angry cloud in Arizona. Now I know when I stand a greater chance.
"I never looked for it, gave it no name; yet I knew it always, when the gift of peace came. I stood quite still for the moment that it lasted...Then the light shifted slightly and the moment passed, leaving me...with the lasting echo of its presence.." Diana Gabaldon
The composition of the shot and the colors are beautiful! My only negative comment would be that technically speaking, some parts of the shot look a bit odd. (Like the "halo" around the rock)
Hello Vlad...my goodness I don't know how I missed this photo of yours, it's so very beautiful. Such fiery rich colours! And the fact you were able to get not only that gorgeous dramatic sky but at the same time the sunlight on the rock formation..it's just magnificent!! VErena
Hello Vladimir....You have done well to capture the warm glow on the mountains and theirs a great deal to like about this scene....My only criticism is the composition....Look at the image for a few seconds and you'll find that all your attention is directed towards the right hand side....The left half of the pic is'nt balancing this,so a simpler framing using the natural triangle would tidy things up....I hope that these few words will help...The lighting is definitely a winner....Well done Vladimir....All the best...Mick.
