I found this beautiful flower on a grave on St.Simon's Island (GA) in April. The grave stone reads: WILLARD HITCHCOCK BACKUS, JR. JAN. 6, 1941 JAN. 7, 1941

Such a sad story but the placement of this lovely flower and the angle of your shot marks the event with tenderness, nostalgia and innocence...thanks for sharing.
