It looks to me like you caught the sunrise and the migrating fowl as well, Hilda. I love how the fingers of light play across the sky. It's a very well taken photo...clear and promising :)PJ

Wow!! This is just stunning. The beautiful colours of the sky that contrast so vividly and yet so gently silouetting the birds is just a work of art. Amazing shot!!! In my favs

Hilda - I have to tell you ... I saved this in three different sizes so I could use it on different computers. I like the flock being centered like this and the colors speak for themselves. Well done and it's an DT image I'll see often!!

You caught the sky with lines radiating out of the lower right corner of the frame. The flock appears to be following this line which creates a dynamic that keeps the image in motion for the viewer. I don't know if this was intentional on your part, but you did choose the right frame to upload. Excellent photography, and wonderful editing.
