"'Life is not a journey to the grave with the
intention of arriving safely in a pretty
and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in broadside,
thoroughly used up,
totally worn out,
and loudly proclaiming,
"WOW! What a ride!"'
I have been in the same frame of mind, even though I'm sure it hasn't been as cold here as it has there. Still, maybe sometimes it's good to be forced to photograph indoors, it's such a different skill. And it brings results like this! What a beautiful rose. Looks like your experiment with RAW is working out.
