There's an emptiness inside her and she'd do anything to fill it in. Though it's red blood bleeding from her now, it's more like cold blue ice in her heart. She feels like kicking out all the windows and setting fire to this life. lol, other than going "OMG!!!!!" I'm actually going to put in some real commentation (if that's a word). I like the pose, and the fingers on the mouth work well, but the focus seems somewhat out of place (more to the texture of the wall behind you). Overall, nice portrait.
