Interesting to see all of the birds trailing behind he Ferry

I like the controlled pallette...ranging from blue through blue-black and out to grey and white....very calming. Interesting that these are clearly two different types of ferries (big and small), and coming from different directions. And the one in front is empty. Going home to a nice hot supper maybe! I think the birds are hoping to feed on whatever small fish are turned up in the wake. Brings back memories of the ferries I used to ride from Seattle to the Olympic peninsula...the more I look at this pic, the better I like it.

I love the lines, where they take the eye. Great composition, though the color is a bit washed I feel. Was it cloudy? I have trouble on cloudy days with getting colors to pop. I really like it though

Nice shot, dont see any ferries where im from, only in Sydney. i agree that the colour seeems a but washed out though. i do love the birds. you dont really see them until you look at the larger picture i find it nice!
