OK, so I have this fractal, which I thought was really cool, but I can't come up with a good name for it. I did my part, now I throw it out to my friends. Anyone want to take a stab at naming this baby? LOL, I know some of you are secretly quite twisted, so I can't wait to hear some of your ideas! Help yourselves to heaps of imagination, and I'll let you know which one I like best. And as always, please feel free to comment on this. (By the way, the best I could do for a title was "Borg, redecorated". I just didn't want to have to explain it to the youngsters or anyone who doesm't know who the Borg were, lol).

"This Store Opening Soon"
(when I was a kid a new store would soap its windows prior to opening, keeping its interior a secret - this one just added food coloring!)

"Crayons of Glass"
('cause it looks like crayons melted on hot glass)

"The Walls are Closing In"
(can't you feel it? Or is it just me?)

"Prism Gone Wild"
(no comment - well, it kinda looks like a prism was shattered and tried to recombine but did a real sloppy job of it and now things are getting all overlapped-like, but... no comment... really... no comment!)

"LaGrange Point Rainbow"
(you're a fan of '2001: A Space Odyssey," right? Remember the LaGrange Point and what happened to Bowman when he got there?)

"Dimension Sandwich"
(if each dimension took up a 2-D space, and you stacked a bunch of them together, and they wanted to escape...)

"Jackson Pollocks"
(it reminds me of numerous pieces by the famous artist, done on panes of glass. Do you see a pattern here? It's rather transparent but still a pattern.)

"The Kaleidoscope Hovers"
(like a kaleidoscope with no round tube, expanding to fill whatever space it wants)

"It Just Went Off, I Swear!"
(I swear, officer, I was just innocently holding this giant water pistol, filled with neon water colors, when it just went off... all on it's own... I swear!)

"Memories of the Demented Man"
(when you are demented, and I speak from experience, your memories and thoughts come and go in extremely random patterns)

"Pretty Little Alien"
(It's pretty. It's little. It's alien. What?)

LaGrange Point Rainbow is in the lead so far!
(Although "It Just Went Off, I Swear" is a close second, lol)

How about- " I Left my Heart in Iceland".
or "Escape from the Doors of Perception".
Or "Haunted by Timothy Leary's Head".
It IS a very cool fractal.

First of all, you'd have to explain who or what Borg was or is to me! I'm strangely dumb sometimes...lol...I like the frac sis, but boy am I braindead like you!...lol...I like Pink Floyd like John said. Thats pretty cool! Or just name it 'Oh Crappydoodle'...lol

OK, since my Sis Joanie doesn't know what a Borg is, I'll put this up for anyone who doesn't know. So you youngsters are off the hook too, lol.
In the, oh, must have been mid to late 90's, there was a series done that took off on the old Star Trek series of the 60's. It was called Star Trek: The Next Generation. It was actually pretty cool, because they had all this technology to use that wasn't around when Gene Roddenberry did the original. One of the best protagonists the crew of the Enterprise faced was the Borg, short for cyborg. A cyborg is a robot that incorporates organic material, such as human parts, into it's structure. And, on the series, they became popular enough to be written into episodes again and again.
One of the coolest things about the Borg was their ship. It kind of resembled a flying office building in space. It was black and square, and terribly intimidating.
Mine is semi-square, not the least bit intimidating, but has a black background. So now you have the story, lol.

Ever since "Star Trek: First Contact" came out in 1996, I've been expecting someone in either L.A. or New York to build a replica of the Borg ship (your analogy of an office building in space is perfect except where the heck are the window washers?) and use it as a theme restaurant and bar. In the restaurant the plates would be attached to your hands by velcro straps so you'd feel like you were a "part" of the place, and in the bar, the bartender would have tap spigots coming out of his body, making you wonder if you wouldn't just prefer "something in a bottle, thanks anyway."

I did like your original idea of incorporating the Borg in the title. Maybe something like "Billy Borg In His Coat of Many Colors," or perhaps "Borg Bob Does Paintball."

I'm not very good at titles Toni, but I'll take a stab at it. Btw, I like your original thought. How about "Borg Queen" or "Delta Quadrant" ? I know, not very imaginative. Super creation though... I really like the look of cellophane, and the colours remind me of Easter :) I also like the haphazard layered effect! Well done girl! :)
