This could be a good photo except you run into the same problems I do. The dead leaf is distracting and it is very difficult to adjust the flower so you see the leaves without over saturating the colors. I do like the composition as your eyes are directed to the flower.

Nice picture. People usually photograph the common flowers. Nice and gorgeous, it is true. But people forget those other nature marvels. Congratulations.

this sure is pretty, the dead thing doesnt bother me too much, the sheen on the leaves is nice!
