I love it when people post their actaul hand drawen art. Very nice image. I really like the sketch. A litttle history put to paper.

It's a good sketch Roland. I'm assuming you used a filter for the canvas look. I would suggest maybe not using so much blue in the image because the lighter for the sketch looks a little washed out in comparison to the dark blue in the border. For the border, a simple deep red or dark grey would look perfect I think. =)

If this were in B/W and the paper aged and yellowed a bit it would look like an old etched engraving from an architectural history book. Vey detailed and precise.

Wonderful! And you drew this? I like the way it's framed with the purple color - the blue of the Acropolis is appealing to the image. Look forward to more of your fine art work.
