Good attempt - like the bolder colours, as the figure in the yellow top adds a human weight to your composition. Brightness a little over cooked for my taste as you loose the point of the needle. However, you're on the right track with those clouds.

You cant tell all the people to leave? so there part of the shot. Quite a distant shot, closer would have been better.my thought is yor meter is picking up the ground reflection. The trees are dark, an the sky is bright. A good shot. keep on shootin

Thanks everyone! Yeah, it was really hot that day and my friend and I didn't want to walk closer. Are there techniques that I can use with my point and shoot to make the photos come out nicer?
