It seems that you have a natural eye for photography. I like your subject matter and compositions. Simple, but not simplistic. Hope that makes sense.

This one is no exception to the 'zippee' rule. ;) Nice.

This does indeed make for a nice, and once again IMHO, soothing desktop. Good contrasts in shapes and colours of the stones captured, as well as texture. And I agree that the muted or subtle colours are a panacea for tired eyes.

My one caveat? And perhaps a request too ... the shadows. Although, there is some interesting play with the light here, I would prefer to have these stones with their colours in all their glory with none of the light play.

No expert here, but, a 'fill flash' might have done away with this aspect and not dictated that you be 'there' at the right time of sun exposure. Well ... according to my tastes anyways. :P (I kid a little.)
