I assume they're mating! I wish I knew the name of this beautiful pair. I don't know how long they stayed like this, but it was at least for the hour we were there.

Could be one of a few. Reminds me a little of the red spotted purple (not so purple as the name might suggest, more like bluey terquoise), although I've never seen them with that yellow colouring, perhaps a different variation on the red spotted?? If you find out, I'd love to know. Great picture x
