I was playing around with this picture on the computer and came up with this - I have other colors, but I liked this the best. I orginally took the picture as B&W.

It's different, but I love gerbers and I miss the natural color. but if you had a black and white photo you were working with then I can't argue with playing around with it and seeing what came out.

I don’t think you can beat nature shots where there are no people. It’s so magical how nature’s colors can overwhelm you and there are just no words that can describe your thoughts. Only Awe! This will make a great desktop. Thanks for sharing!

Showing the back of the flowers and coloring the base of them a darker purple is a nice contrast manipulation. Especially since the fuzzy, lighter colored hairs are showing. All around beautiful job.
