Um, I'm not sure, to be blunt. I like the concept and the composition is interesting...the over-exposed light from inside is just a bit distracting. Perhaps a B&W or sepia would work a bit better? I do like the intersecting lines, and the glint off the barber pole. I guess (again to be blunt) I find it quite interesting, but not dazzling.
I like this kind of image! It is like looking in on someone else's World and observing. I tried something similar myself last year. I like the angle and colours.
