Thank you for taking the time to comment on "Autumn A Little Early." I'm glad it gave you a "Fall Kind of Feeling". Florida isn't all bad, though. I bet you've never experienced a New York winter. Luck you.

Hi Rebecca,,, Thanks for your comments on Japanese Garden... yes it is a little blurry, and i wasnt going to upload it, but it is such a lovely place i wanted to share it.. Im only new with this camera so everything is an experiment with me... lol... glad you liked it...
Thank you for your glowing praise of "Foundation." That foundation has always fascinated me. I guess because there is so little left of the original house, I can let my imagination run wild and create a whole universe that might have taken place inside there. I always imagined it as a Doctor's office/house. I have even imagined what the doctor looks like. He looks kind of like Ed Begley Jr...but, then again, I imagine every person like that. :)

Thanks for the great comment you left on "Morrab Gardens 2", Rebecca. I love agapanthus too, as they always remind me of my childhood home, the Isles of Scilly.
Thanks for the comment about Sail away - there was a path leading to a good viewpoint, which was basically on the edge of a cliff. The views were pretty sweet, and there'll be more pics to follow..
Thank you for your kind words on "dawn" I really appreciate the feedback I am still learning with my digital camera so the opinions are really encouraging many thanks Gaz...
thanks Rebecca for your post on Abstract on Film - check out the second version if you get time - it's a little less cluttered so may be more to your liking
Hi Rebecca; Thanks for looking and commenting on "Rivers of Golden Light". What you are seeing here is very small yellow flowers that bloom for about a week and then the whole plant dies, the environment there is quite inhospitable and they only bloom right after a good rain. The Post Mistress in Mitchell Ore. calls me to let me know when they are blooming and I make a quick 200-mile trip to photograph them. The soil is a reddish clay deposited during a volcanic eruption millions of years ago. There seems to be enough dirt in the gullies to support the flowers but not on the hills themselves. Thanks again for looking I'm grateful.
Hello Rebecca. Your message on ' Jeffrey' made me a big pleasure. With a few other members we try to promote the ' People' gallery and maybe a future ' Portrait' gallery, but this is not easy because few people are attracted by this art.
Thank you again :-)
Thanks for your post on 'Feeding time' Rebecca :- the demolition scene made me think of two machines feeding on a building (bizarre I know, but anyway!) - and hence the note on how ominous the place felt... thanks again - cheers!
Thanks for your comments on "Emerald Pool" Rebecca. Yes the pool is in the geyser pool basin at Yellowstone. The trees in the background were burnt down during a forest fire a few years back. These fires happen frequently at Yellowstone - many caused by lightning. Of interest, the current decision is to let these fires burn out naturally rather than to extingish them as suppressing fires seems to reduce the number and variety of plant and animal species!
Rebecca, thanks so much for the kind words on "Taughannock". I agree, without the rock face the photo wouldnt be nearly as interesting to look at. Thanks again and I am glad that you like it!
Thanks for commenting on "the little moth". I was quite surprised when I first downloaded the shot. I thought it was just a lttle spot or something. Imagine how tiny!
Hi again Rebecca: I'm always especially pleased when I find comments posted by you on my photographs. Thanks for your flattering comments on "Studio Orchids".
I got bored Wednesday while waiting to hear how the wife’s' surgery went so I cleaned out my Studio and set this shot up, with the flowers I got for her. Your comments are always welcomed and appreciated.
hey thanks for the comment on "spirit of the fierce" the aligator was tough to place. and so was the snake. i ended up ereasing part of the aligator to get it to fit where it is now lol. thx for noticing my work :)
Hello - belated thanks for your support on "Under interrogation" - it's appreciated. I go through a sort of Sci-Fi thing from time to time - even though I rarely read that sort of thing!!!
Hi Rebecca, tks so much for commenting on Purple Pleasure / Bachelor Button. I am so glad you like it. They kind of remind me of dandilions but in a different colour when not in macro mode. Although they are not quite as full as you can see from the macro shot. lol

Rebecca, thanks so much for your kind words on 'Church' - it was such an surreal situation with the church inthe middle of a vineyard and the crazy sky that any photo would have worked - I was just lucky to find it - cheers!
Thanks Rebecca for taking the time to comment on "Rock City 10". I really like visiting Rock City when I'm in the area. It's so peaceful and cool.
