Hi there, and thanks for your kind comment on "Playtime". Good luck with getting another - as long as your wife doesn't blame me... ;-)

Wanted to say THANKS for your comment left at my "Tough Love 1". I am so glad you got a kick out of the pictures and the description. I might add I believe I got just as much enjoyment from your comment. It made my efforts seem worthwhile. Your reaction is exactly what I had hoped for ... Thanks again

Just an old "Grampa" who still has a Kodak "Box" camera kicking around the attic ... learning and enjoying the wonders of modern digital photography.

Reference Louisiana Plantation Work Room: Wow! That was neat all that info on my posting. Must be your wife that donated all that. Sure wish you would have gotten all that in at the beginning so others could benifit from it. Super. Thks for responding.

In my posting "What's before a good goose?" you wrote This piece perfectly captures the character of most geese I've had the displeasure to meet. The wet asphalt (or whatever that surface is) is a excellent contrast to the soft colring in the birds' feathers in that it is mostly coarse and monchromatic while the birds are certainly not. Overall a very good example of quality composition for amateur photographers.

What a nice comment, thoughtfully written and presented. Thank you.

Thanks for the comment on my "Beneath the Collosum." Actually, the landscape is real - part of the contest that was entered in involved taking a photo from another artist and manipulating it into a Fantasy scene.

Hey guy, thanks for your comments on "June Falls". I did take quite a few more from various places, probably around 25 images, but I think this to be my favorite.

Thanks so much for your critique on "Veiwing Sunrise" person to be named later, it is quite rare for someone to actually say something challenging and honest. Looking forward to viewing your gallery.
