Thank you for your positive feedback on "pasture". I am glad it brought back your memories from your childhood days. I understand you miss that place from time to time. It is good to know that my image can work as a time machine, which makes you go back to the old times.

Thanks for perusing Boy Wonder ... yes, I put Roger Dean's kids through college, I think .. Rodney Matthews' kids, as well ... and .. then there were the Black-Light Posters of the sixties .. ( i did a google search, once, for "Black-Light" to explain it to someone who didn't understand and came upon a couple posters I used to have on my wall .. *sniff* .. pardon me )
Thanks for commenting on "Early Summer" The camera I was using did not have hi res so it did not come out as clear as I wanted to, anywayz thanks for commenting : )
Hi and I do thank you bigtime for your comment about liking my photo called "Mountain Stream" I'm sorry that I have a difficult time with your photos. Its not that I dont appreciate the creative things people do...its just some things are a big harsh in my mind..and I dont know how to explain it too well. But we all have our own likes and dislikes in what we do and waht we like to look at...I guess that's what it amounts. I do appreciate a lot that you wrote a comment....and I'll really TRY to look at your next creation more open mindedly...verena

Delaine,
Thanks for the swell comments regarding Scalawags, they're much appreciated. Glad you liked it. I enjoyed making it - not as messy as the typical pumpkin carving experience. Take care.

Thanks for the comments on Hatred Within, kinda the feel I was going for. I was manically depressed when I made this... probably would have if it wasn't for my art and my bf.

i remember how it was in the old days
we would go outside in the grass and lay
down next to each other where we'd stay
up all night and talk to each other this way
we used to go everywhere together
doesn't matter if it was poor or fair weather
you asked me if i'd cheat i said never
i know i messed up but i'm gonna make it better
Thank you (re Our pumpkin). We were really pleased that it ended up looking like two faces. As I etched away the pumpkin skin, it didn't look like much in the daylight at all. cheers!
