Hi Jan. Just wanted to thank you for your recent posts on my photos. I always love hearing what you have to say about them. The snake actually was not venomous, but still gave us a good rush. Thanks again for the comments my friend.
God has created fantastic beauty for us to photograph and fantastic photographers to bring out that beauty in unique ways.
Thanks JQ for stopping by Catching Shadows. I know it's not DT material, but I thought it was a cute image myself. Wish I could learn how to do more with them, but She had a blast and that's all that matters.

Keep five yards from a carriage, ten yards from a horse, and a hundred yards from an elephant; but the distance one should keep from a wicked man cannot be measured.
Hey Jan. I know in some shots blur is a good thing but it just drives me nuts. My eyes are messed up anyways so if I see blur, it's either my eyes not working together right or my glasses need cleaned. Stan gave me some tips about black velvet so I'm gonna play with that for a little while now. :-)

Hi Jan, sending you a belated but very sincere thanks for visiting my gallery recently, not only to give feedback but to leave such a thoughtful get well message for my mum. I have showed her the comments from all you lovely people and she was overwhelmed by your kindness. Mum is recovering well and we both really appreciate that you took the time to think of us. Love and blessings, Kelcey.
What is it about people's voting? Both you and I have good shots in the contest yet yours is rated at 53 and mine's at 50. wtf? A shot has to be really bad for me to rate it 5 or below. Makes me wonder what standard the voters are using....

Hey Jan...I'm way behind on my thanks you's, but as always thanks so much for your comments on my recent posts. I really enjoyed your comments on "The Cover"...the "turtle on a biscuit" comment made me laugh, haha! But, yeah I can do that...I love to surf and I'm always in a bind when the surf gets really big (do I surf or do I photograph)
Tow the line was a really hard shot to take because the ship I was on was moving and then the towboat was moving. Made things difficult. lol

Hi Jan, Thank you for your kind words about CrazyMesh Butterflies. All my Mesh pictures are very simply made - just fooling around with Brushes, Kaleidoscope, layers and light plugins in PhotoFiltre...I took a quick look at your gallery too. Some memorable photos there! Going back for more (LOL)
