'Another' one of Clifton Suspension Bridge. Lights had just come on. Taken handheld on my D5100 with 18-70mm lens (ISO800 38mm F4.2 D-Lighting High). Picture/colour setting was vivid.

I inherited a painting and a violin wich turned out to be a Rembrandt and a Stradivarius.Unfortunately,Rembrandt made lousy violins and Stradivarius was a terrible painter.

Hi Richard, Thank you very much for your comment on Birthday post. Yes it is all natural, the only thing I did, was resizing the image by leaving 8 x 2000 pixels out to make it fit!

Thanks for commenting on "Like A Bird On The Wing part 2". I agree that it does have a cluttered background but I wanted to show the bird in situ as part of 'The Story' of my walk down New Brighton Prom and the things I encountered.

But I also agree with you that I will be able to do things with it. (Once I've mastered Photoshop Elements 6, which I've only had 4 days!)

Rich, yep I am back! Thanks for the comments on "Audi 1.8 Turbo". The Audi was backfiring on that part of the track on each lap so I set the camera to continuous shooting just before it came round again so that I could catch it on one of the shots and luckily I did. Definitely luck over skill!

Hello Richard. Thank you for your comments and query about “Quizzical Wren”. I’m in Australia. The wren is female and I think it’s a Blue breasted Fairy wren but it’s difficult to tell for sure unless you see them with their partner.

Thanks for your comments on my brigde pictures.

I found your comment on 'Bridge from Far' far more useful than typical "Well done". I have to agree with you, I aswell am not altogether happy with the ending result as conserning for the colors in the picture. And because of the very wide panorama, it really doesn't make the best of the image. It took a quite long time to take that panorama and lot more time to compose it, so I just thought to share the picture here.

Hey Rich thanks for commenting on 'Leadenhall Market' and '40 St Mary Axe'. It took some effort to get the first one with no-one around, especially as it was lots of different shots stitched together. Thanks for the late comment on Everyone hang a sharp right it was always a firm favourite of mine, their Greylag Geese by the way. I had a tough but enjoyable time feeding, & photographing them, the timing, & location of thrown bread was very important as the Goose were very bold.

Hey thanks for offering some input, and yes I am new to uploading on here, I have been coming here for a couple of years downloading desktops but had never registered. I have always liked photography and enjoyed taking pictures, but at the moment I don't have a good camera so I have to work with what I have got! LOL. But I am saving some money to get a good camera so I can enjoy photography more! :) Thanks for commenting on my images, they are not the best quality, but I still enjoyed taking them and sharing! :)
