Nature's first green is gold,
Her hardest hue to hold.
Her early leaf's a flower;
But only so an hour.
Then leaf subsides to leaf.
So Eden sank to grief,
So dawn goes down to day.
Nothing gold can stay. <Robert Frost> "Nothing Gold Can Stay"
So a question for you...what do you do as a commercial diver? I am an avid sport diver myself, when I get the chance, and I know that commercial diving is not for fun, but I am intrigued.
Well Joe, the question would be, what did I do as a commercial diver as I have sort of retired from that now. Very wide variety of jobs. List includes; recovering sunken sailboats, front end loaders that were driven into the ocean, underwater videography, cleaning boat hulls and changing zincs and props, dredging culverts, cleaning up dead fish and teaching sport divers like yourself. The list goes on and on!
Thanks for your kind comments, Darryl. Crystal Heart isn't a natural crystal, it's a glass ornament, multi-faceted like a crystal. They were very popular some years ago but you don't see them so often now. And my Cornwall is in the south-west of the United Kingdom - it's the original one that the others were named after ;-). Keep the good work coming: you're building up a very impressive portfolio here.
Ok, found them on a website. OHHH! Magicians mushrooms hehe, actually I have probably seen them and not known what they were. Have not tried them personally, but have watched others indulge themselves0_0
Thanks for your comment on "For Sale - Cheap". Like you, I'm fascinated by these old abandoned vehicles and love to capture the interiors like that. It's probably some weird mental disorder.
In this place
In this time
shall you see
that for all
life is never over
and for all
life is not a
paradise
But those who think life
is a paradise are the one's
who do not really know that
no matter how good life is it
can always be better
Thanks for the comments ( tangerine and poplars trees winterlandscape), the four horizontal bars are supports for young trees, to protect them from the often windy weather.

OH hey, Thank Caedes for this site. I my contribute, but I in no way want to take credit for something that is not mine. You did put a smile on my face:-)
Thanks for the kind words about Fairyland, Darryl. Much appreciated! And, no (silly me) I never thought to use the color picker. =( Instead, I went the long way around by tweaking a PSP picture-frame called Stained Glass because it had the colors I wanted.
Thanks, Darryl, for your comments on Painted Lady. Glad you stuck around for that fifth viewing! I know it can take a while to see her, but for some reason I immediately did -- and I wasn't even on drugs!
Thanks for your comments on All That Glitters, Darryl. Your support and encouragement are invaluable to me as I struggle through this self-education process. =)
Tutorial? Heh...I'll PM you with my negative input, too wordy for this space. LOL
Again. many thanks for your comments, Darryl. I'm just working my way through some of the PhotoShop filters and all, so any words of encouragement go a long way and are sincerely appreciated!
hehee isnt that how it always is? (though u certainly managed to do alright in ur shots).. the lightning itself was mainly in the clouds, causing the sky to light up..so that was my only light source. shot on B&W ISO400 film (i'm old fashioned anti-digital photography) which is the reason its grainy.
but anyway thanks for your comment, i'm glad you liked it..
Thanks Mayne for the support and comments of my last photos on Caedes ( The church and The boat.
I really love them too, because of this i put them on Caedes...
