Tom, thanks for the warm comment on "Electric Symmetry". I've never climbed the TV relay towers, but I *do* remember the fearless/dumb teenage days well! Thanks again. :-)
But enough about me....what do *you* think about me?
Thank you for the comment on (High Noon - Color), Tom. And, just a heads up, I'm actually outside in your bushes right now... :) Someone else I showed that picture to said it reminded them of Tampa... Must be a Florida thing...
I have you to thank for inspiring me to shoot the New Orleans photos that I have posted here on caedes. I lived in this town most of my life, but it never occurred to me to shoot photos of the town that didn't have any of my drunk friends in them. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thanks for your comment on "Dartmoor", Piner. I didn't notice that tree at the time - when I saw it in the picture I wished I'd got a closer look. It's not somewhere we go very often, and we rarely go to the same area twice as the moor is so large, but if I do get back there I'll see what I can do....
LOL Tom, I have heard of that type of fishing as well...thanks for bringing that thought to mind. I may have to work around that idea to create another. Maybe raining cats and dogs or fish? Flying cows like in the movie "Twister" Thanks for the comment and inspiration:-)
I'm glad you liked "Sinner's Lament," the black and white gargoyle in my gallery. When I shot it, there were lots of small discolorations in the masonry of the cathedral, and it really didn't look very good, but when I converted it to B&W, they all disappeared! Thanks for your comment.

Thanks Tom for your comment and support on "...to the highest bidder." I thought I would receive alot of criticism on this one but the majority of the comments have been positive...
oh, and thanks for the applause. : )
Thank you for the comment you left on "energycoil" an alien flux capacitor that one I didn't think of could be though can see where your coming from thanks again

Thanks Tom for your comment on 'frontier beyond'. That was one of those things that I had to do to get away from pulling my hair out due to the surfer....
Hi, Tom - thanks for your constructive comments on "Floating Leaves". Also, I appreciate all the time that you took awhile back when I was having difficulty uploading images from my iBook. Still haven't resolved the problem with the laptop - now I just saving the file to a flashdrive and carry it over to the PC to upload. Any other thoughts? Thanks again! ~ Jan

Hi, Tom. thanks for the comment on The Family Hobby. My wife, by the way, is jsnaher...I think you've helped her a few times when she's had problems uploading pictures from her Mac.
Yo Tom. Just had a look at your body of work. Diverse and interesting collection. Liked the diversity. Liked the frog. Just upload my first image to this site. If your interested. The rest are my wife's work. Bob
Thank You Tom for the comments on "Reactor" I really had no before hand concept of what I was going to do (as with 99% of my images) it just worked out I guess. I really appreciate all of the comments and the support that you have always given me. Your a friend indeed.
Hi Tom, I was very excited when I saw "Majestic" in the works. It seems the Eagle wanted to pose as it made a nice long approach to the tree and then sort of left its wings spread long enough to get a couple shots. There are no babies yet:-)
Hello Tom! Thanks for viewing and commenting on my Orlando Sunset image. I'm glad that you like it. Lately I've been running down to different parts of Florida for business and personal reasons. I've got another trip to Tallahasee coming up in the near future.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on 'Milly's warm smile' I agree about the contrast between the nose - now that I look at it. I confess I used the Sharp filter in P/shop, and being in a hurry didn't really examine the result!!! But I will be a bit more careful next time!!! I thought the story of your sister funny - I'd love to see some shots of that patient cat!!! Cheers...
hey Tom.. ty for commenting on Turning Away.. true, it is a bright image.. i did try a darker backing, but it didnt seem right for the main focus.. maybe ill try again.. to find the time tho.. ive started rendering at 4000x3000 due some other forms of presentation.. and that size takes a while to render, but who knows lol

Thanks for responding to "Sushi2," I really appreciate it. If everyone likes Sushi2 better I think I'm gonna take Sushi off and rename Sushi2 "Sushi." Well, truly, thanks for taking the time to look at my stuff. :)

Hey Tom, Thanks for visiting Glowing Testement of a Great State. Tat is the same Balloon on the same night as LindyKing. That is why I waited for awhile before posting it.
Capturing for infinity that which only lasts for a moment.
Thanks Tom for the input on Caedes Control, I can change the text very easily, I almost added teo swords behind the spiders. I have one more to load up. Same concept just a little different.
Art is the perception of the creator. Meaning is the perception of the viewer. acceptance is the perception of society.
Thank you Tom for your positive review of Bridge Over Colored Waters...it is much appreciated...as for size, unfortunately I didn't think this one would hold up well to enlargement, but glad you otherwise liked it.:Pat.
I like work; it fascinates me. I can sit and look at it for hours.
(Happy Halloween)...I must have a crappy monitor....I'm not seeing the jaggies or the cropped off part. LOL I appreciate you letting me know that. I'm glad you took time to view it. Thank you. :) Sarah
Hi I'm Sarah.

Thanks for posting some ideas for a photo editing program. Im not sure price is a huge factor cause iv saved up tons of money over the years. but ill probably do some research on the programs listed and figure out wich one will probably best suit me.
Thanks for visiting my, "Snow? No", image The article that you list is an excellent way to get started and have fun with Infrared,.

Hey Tom, thanx for ur input on 'King of Diamonds IV' appreciate the suggestion, methinks u mite be right on the degree of activity on the image. i will try to subdue that a wee bit perhaps :~)
Hello Tom, I really appreciate your comment on 'Bald Eagle Descent'. I hope to get some eagle captures someday that are half as good as the ones Mayne has posted.
Hello Tom. Thanks for viewing and taking the time to post a comment on my Mountain Stream Beauty 5 image. I'll glad the you like this little view of the Smoky Mountains. I hope you and your family have a Very Merry Christmas. That's not noise, I used a slow fill flash and that's water drops captured by the flash.

Happy New Year, Tom...I am starting the new year off behind in my responses, lol...here to thank you for the positive feedback on Winter on the Rocks...very glad it appealed and thanks for dropping by.:Pat.
The new year is full of time. As the seconds tick away, will you be tossing time out the window, or will you make every minute count?
Sorry, guess I zeroed in on fantasy and not landscape. I fantisize about being artistic like those were my paintings. I guess I'll delete In the Art Gallery from this gallery and try to figure out how to put it somewhere else without losing the other comment.
Yesterday's history. Tomorrow's a mystery. Today's a gift. That's why it's called the present.
Thanks Tom for your comment on Carolina Pirate...I very much appreciate it. Thanks also for noticing the woodcut look I was going for.
-Rob
...thanks also for your comment on Kingdoms.
Hi Tom. I saw your comment about my "Palmetto" photo. I guess we've ben calling it the wrong thing here in N.O. all our lives. Do you realize that there's a street named "Palmetto" for those Sago Palms as you call them? We're just going to have to rename it I guess. Thanks for visiting my friend.
In response to either version of "Artopolis Times" and the "demented" typo...I realize that now..I checked it in the dictionary after posting the first one...In order to change that..I'd have to create a new title header in Illustrator (that's probably the only thing I DIDN'T create on that composition in Photoshop...although I may try a layerd patch and tweaking letters for a quick fix) I will have to re-download "Fare Hike" anyway...because of a typo ("Subay" instead of "Subway") But hey, thanks for letting me know! -Ron

Tom - You have keen eyes and Im glad they spotted my submission for Ten of Spades. Your comments helped raise my confidence level, and I learned something. I glad you enjoyed my work. Jerry
Hi Tom! Thanks for taking time to check out and comment on 'As The Day Cools Down', I really appreciate that! I meant to say that this was taken in the town of Melbourne Beach...the pier that is there, not the actual beach in Melbourne. :) Anyhoo...thank you once again!

One Less Pest was found on the side of my house. It does appear to be a type of Robber Fly. Thanks Tom for viewing and commenting on this image. Also thanks for the tip on it's type. Are you planning to get any shots of the Shuttle Launch?

Thank you so much for commenting on "Happy 4th of July" glad you liked it. I will try to find a more secluded area next time like you suggested. My goal is to find an old barn, set up there, and catch the lightning surrounding the barn. I already have a title for it .. "Barnstorm". have a great day Tom.
life is just a game you fly it like a plane there is no end....thunderclap nueman
Noooo kidding .. a snake huh??? Seriuos?
OK OK!!!! It's a snake.. and that was just the "header" for the picture due to a lack of "good imagination" how to name this picture.. I worked two 7 -7 shifts and I'm tired.. :))) So I'll continue tomorrow evening :) Thanx for watching though ...
PS.. while at it.. what kinda snake :)????
Live every day as if it's your last... and take "pictures" of it ;)
<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<HUGS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.. We appreciate you. Madmaven made me do it :) Thanks for all you do. Anita

My Images are much better than yours! :D? (CJ) Hold on, Back up. How the hell do you turn up missing?
(mahalik) Cause nobody knows where you are when they realise you ain't there!
(CJ) So your telling me you can appear and dissappear at the same time?
(Mahalik) You can appear and disappear at the same time man!
(CJ) But you can't be gone from one place and show up in another place at the same time, so when you turn up, your never missing, and when your missing, you never turn up!
(Mahalik) Unless, you a zombie!
(CJ) damnit that's some plausable (censor) right there! you should blog about it!
(Mahalik) I'ma put that on MySpace!
Thanks Tom for viewing and commenting on my A Tribute image. My Father passed away in August and I've been wanting to make an image of his medals for a while now. I saw several tributes to veterans and decided to make a tribute to him. He was a Godly christian man and is in a better place now. I'm glad you got to view this.

Hi Tom, I am glad you enjoyed and took the time to comment on "Lightning Blast". Thank you very much. I did use a tripod, but it is old, I will buy a cable release with my next camera. Thank you for the advice, always good to hear from you.

Thank you Tom for your visits on my recent "Selene" renders. Funny you should mention rust monters and dwarves... the character that I have beed rendering IS my character in an upcoming campaign. So, yeah, she'll be the "goth-chic" of the party. A half-human/vampire psio-arcanist. :o)
Hi Tom, thanks for your interest in Abu Simbel. I did clone the guy out of the picture, and then uploaded the version with him in purely for perspective. Even with him in it, you don't get the full impact of how massive this monument is. Thanx again.
Cheers! Ray.
What an amazing gallery! As does everyone else, I really enjoy the lightning shote. It must be the wild, unpredictability of it that draws us to it. Thanks for sharing...one of my favorite galleries in my short time on Caedes.
Agate House was built with blocks of petrified wood from logs in Petrified Forest National Park, AZ a long time ago by Native American Indians Yes it is a very rare building and you are correct the inside of these eons old trees turned into agate stone Thank you for interest in Agate house!
