The rare Agate House is located on top of a small hill within the Rainbow Forest. Pottery artifacts date the pueblo to A.D. 1150 to 1350 - It is thought that this pueblo may have only been occupied for a short period of time because of the limited number of artifacts found....Maybe a low maintenance Agate House is truly a green home...don't have to worry about a utility bill since there isn't any. petrified wood has been around for eons so the house should last forever..

Thanks for taking the 9th floor "view down Daytona Beach". The hotel had 4 swimming pools, 2 indoor and 2 outside, a lazy river, a childs pool and hot tubs and hardly took any pictures the whole week...plus I was sort of leery what the salty and moist ocean air might do to the lens
I've had Swans and Canadian Geese hiss if you get too close to the babies.. but nothing like being attacked by aggressive, pushy and very tall white geese with sharp beaks pecking my ankles so hard it hurt... Thanks for looking at the rare mallards Suzanne
Playa Hermosa in a black sand beach.
It was so cheap during rainy season I had to see Costa Rica for myself...The only mishap I was stung by a jellyfish very badly.
It rained half the day then the sun was out for 1 hour more rain but cleared up for sunset ....one of my favorite sights were trees full of howler monkeys I have seen them in the zoo but never in the wild..stay warm and toasty

I've been going to Daytona for years, love it and still go in the water. Nobody ever writes a scary story here so thought I'd give one a try with "Ominous Sign" I fact checked everything, but did make up the sunrise "The Orange stripe of Doom" name
but just forget that scary story Susanne and share the sunrise with me from my 9th floor balcony I'll make some coffee and donuts and we can sit outside...looks like pretty day at Daytona Beach
