Hi Enon. Welcome to Caedes.Net, and thank you for your comment and critique of my "Don't Get Around Much Anymore" image of the old car in black and white. It was weird to see those old cars sitting there undamaged when the houses around them were completely scoured from the earth.
Hi Enon and thanks for your comment on Snow Rings. Darn...I forgot the date! There must be away to remove it...but I'm too new to this stuff to figure it out.
Thanks for stopping by my gallery and commenting on the Green Eyed Lady. I have about 900 butterfly pictures in my photo collection so theirs a good chance you see more.
Hi there Enon...nice to meet you and welcome to caedes...I thank you for dropping by to review Pondering...there seems to be mixed feelings about the sepia tone on it but glad you otherwise enjoyed the image and I appreciate your time and feedback.:Pat.
Hi Enon, thank you very much for nice comments on “Green and curious” - it means so much. Looking forward to hear from you again and I’ll be happy to see more pictures of yours. Have a great day!
I'm most grateful for the comment you gave for 'Gentle Spring In Sunshine Clad'....thanks bunches for the kind words! So glad you like it and thanks for taking time to view and comment, means a lot to me! I didn't use anything for this shot... :)
Thanks again!
Cindy
hi, enon, the glass balls aren't really odd when you visit the hawaiian islands. they are just floating out there in the ocean and occasionally wash ashore when the right kind of storm occurs. probably most of them break because they get thrown onto the rocks, but the beach ones just sit there until someone pops up to grab it. glad you like the photo. thanks for telling me. jen
Hi Enon. Many thanks for the kind words, and also for pointing out the displacement on the right. I hadn't noticed it -- probably would have if I printed it. Will need to rescan at some point in the future and see if that clears it up.
Thanks again Enon. I tried a few other canal shots, later in the evening, with lights on in the canal boats, the sky almost black, and some fantastic reflections in the water, but the exposure was too long for hand held...looked great in tiny size in the camera viewer, but it's fuzzy when displayed full size. Oh well, will have to try again with a tripod the next time I there.
Thank you for Cold Misty Day, friend....I appreciated what you are trying to tell me, regarding DOF.....my fault really,,,I nearly always shoot on 'Auto'....I dont understand all these aperwhatevers!
Regards...Bob
Hello Enon. . thanks for visiting my "Tree Presence" it is quite a challenge to capture immense trees. . and I love your gallery of your work - respect!!! best Amida
Hi Enon
Thanks for your comments on "Rain Drop". I appreciate it.
I tried to take closer shots of the drop, but they came out blurry. I'm going to get a better camera and take a really close pic of a rain drop!

Yes enon, they look delicious...but don´t forget the title (Beautiful But Dangerous) if you find them in the woods..:o) I´m glad I recognize at least ten different very tasteful mushrooms.
Picking mushrooms is a true pleasure every fall.
Thanks for your comment.
Thanks for visiting my recent pictures from Mexico, I always appreciate your comments. I think I agree about "truck by the beach," it's a bit distracting and would benefit from some cropping.
I like your new avatar-- it's one of my favorite browsers as well!
Thanks for the first comment on my pic! I like all your pics on your website; those pictures are awesome. Thanks for the tip about the corner of the room. Honestly, I don't know anything about photography. Thanks again.
Hello there, thank you very much for your comments for " April Calendar " I will consider your icon idea for next months calendars, although the week is marked at the top with the days. :)
Thank you for your very nice and useful input for " Red Flowers " I used the macro setting to get the flowers much closer and think I moved slightly hence the slight blurr, I will have to keep trying :)
I have yet to see all of your gallery yet, but from what i have sen your photos are very impressive, and i plan to have a good look through the rest of your gallery when i get the time, by the way thanks for the comment on 'amphibious friend 2' maybe it is too bright, i will see whether the c index reflects your opinion. thanks again -David

Hi there! Oodles of thanks for the most kind comment you gave for 'Transition'....I sure do appreciate it and I'm really pleased that you like it!
Thanks again!

Thanks enon for your thoughtful comment on "fire in the sky". I was trying to capture the incredible feeling at the end of a fireworks display when bursts of color fill the sky. There's nothing subtle about that climactic moment. . Les
Enon, Thanks for the comment on "Deer Boxing" as well as my other pictures. You have been so kind with you comments. I am learning a lot from other photographers. Keep coming back I will have more.
Hello my friend! I just came back from holidays. I spend two weeks in Lithuania and had a wonderful time. Unfortunately I miss a lot what happen at Caedes and trying to catch up now. At the same time I’m moving to new house and my wife is about to give a birth so I’ll be extremely busy. Wish you lots of creative pictures and see you around.
Hi bthere .. I am glad you liked 'Pier at low tide'. Thanks for the feedback. I kind of like B&W but I am never sure how it goes over as a desk top ... I post'em anyway.
Thanks for commenting on my frog picture “Hidden” Photographing frogs is kind of like fishing find a good spot get comfortable and wait. A camera is required a cooler is optional.

My You looking at me photo was taken on a foot bridge crossing a dam on a lake in North Georgia. This Bold Jumping Spider was very agressive towards the camera when I moved close to take a photo. Thanks Enon for the comments. This is a telephoto-macro shot with max zoom. Those extreme setting causes a loss of detail.
